Programming
As a foundational step in our design process, we gather the necessary and specific programming data (i.e. projected headcount, affinities, demographics, etc.) through a customized process.
Visioning
Once we develop a program, we move into a visioning. We will host a Visioning Session with your team to help us better understand your goals, culture, vision for the space, and desired look & feel. It is a fun and interactive opportunity to ensure we hit the mark!
Test-Fitting & Budgeting
We provide a concept space plan for building(s) and work with our general contractor partners to establish an initial project budget. Budgeting early in the process allows us to identify unique items that we may need to consider during the design phases, and helps to eliminate surprises later in the process. Our goal is to always be proactive and your advocate through this process.
Schematic & Design Development
Drawing from our visioning session, we develop a design concept that is incorporated in every detail. With a combination of fresh ideas with time-tested experience and functionality, our 3D renderings allow you to see the full picture and make adjustments.
Construction Documentation & Permitting
Our expertise, along with our trusted third-party architectural team that oversees quality control review, ensures all Construction Documentation for permitting documents are accurate and thorough.
Construction Administration
During the construction phase, we are present at every meeting and walk-through to tackle any field issues that may arise, equipped with cost effective solutions while maintaining the project schedule.
Furniture Coordination
Furniture curation is an integrated part of the design process. During design development, we will attend furniture vendor tours and assist in onboarding a furniture partner. Once selected, we will provide furniture finishes and selections that support the design language established in the interior architecture.
Change Management & Engagement
Change can be hard. We’re here if your organization needs extra effort with how to best message changes and ensure a positive outcome. We will tailor the approach and deliverables based on your specific needs.
Strategy
As design consultants, we can provide added strategy support, scenario planning, comparative building evaluations, site analysis, benchmarking, etc. to assist in your decision making. We are your partner through this process.
